How will this affect my InfoSec program?
While our name might be different, our mission remains unchanged – it’s just on a bigger scale. Through the OneTrust GRC & Security Assurance Cloud, we are empowering businesses to automate security compliance and certification processes – so you can operate with confidence.
As a current customer, you don’t need to worry! You can still expect the same products and services that you’ve grown accustomed to, just with an elevated look and a new name.
Will the Tugboat Logic email notifications change?
Once the brand is updated, our email notifications will have a new look and include the organization logo uploaded in your Organization Settings. Read Organization Settings to learn how to add a logo for your organization.
Will this affect the Tugboat Logic community?
We have migrated content from the Tugboat Logic community (The Helm) and made it available in the myOneTrust portal as of May 2023. You will need to create an account on my.OneTrust.com to access these resources.
Will this affect the Tugboat Logic Knowledge Base?
The Knowledge Base will have a new look but remain unchanged. The Knowledge Base will still be accessible through the platform via the Resources/Support section in the main navigation.
How will this impact Tugboat Logic integrations that link to the Tugboat Logic domain?
The Tugboat Logic domain will remain unchanged. This means that the OAuth domain will not change at this time. Any future domain changes will be reflected in the integrations documentation.
What will happen to the Tugboat Logic Chrome Extension?
The Tugboat Logic Chrome Extension will be updated to reflect OneTrust Certification Automation. There will be no change to the functionality of the extension, but third-party services have independent release schedules that may require extra time to update. To prevent a gap in service, we will update the extension as soon as possible after our initial launch.
What about the Microsoft Teams and Slack notifications that my team has enabled?
The Tugboat Logic Microsoft Teams and Slack notification services will be updated to reflect OneTrust Certification Automation. There will be no change to functionality with these tools, but third-party services have independent release schedules and may require extra time to update. To prevent a gap in service, we will update these notification services as soon as possible after our initial launch.
